General Tour Information

All Balances should be paid no less than 30 days prior to tour's scheduled departure date.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come/first served basis.

Deposit is required within 10 days of reserving.

Deposit Requirements: (Each is Per Person - Per Tour)

All ONE DAY TOURS - Deposit is 1/2 of total.

Tours UP TO $499 - Deposit is $100.

Tours from $500 to $999 - Deposit is $200.

Tours from $1,000 to $1,999 - Deposit is $250.

Tours $2,000 and over - Deposit is $500.

Cancellations may be subject to penalties when Legacy Tours has made payments or deposits for tickets/fares/events/hotels/transportation and/or others costs.

No show = No refund

Luggage: Limit of ONE large suitcase OR garment bag for under the coach. This piece must be tagged with a (supplied) Legacy Tours Luggage Tag. One small carry-on may also be brought on board.

 

Legacy Tours, LLC operates as a tour broker, acting as an agent for each passenger in matters pertaining to transportation, lodging, sight-seeing, events and other services, and can assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury to any person or property whatsoever, changes in dates of tours, substitution of carriers, hotel properties or attractions with, or without notice, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Legacy Tours retains the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time.

Legacy Tours does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property (including luggage) left on the motorcoach at any time.
